Shipping & Returns
We use standard Australia Post which can take between 3-7 business days. If you are located outside of Perth Metro, your parcel may take a little longer. We will post your parcel within 2 days of placing your order.
Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, we unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for lost parcels, however, we will always do our best to help you track down your parcel where possible.

Your order is posted in 100% home compostable shipping mailers. It will look and feel like plastic, but it's not even close. We are doing our bit to work towards a sustainable future, no one wants their plastic packaging ending up in our oceans.
In a commercial compostable environment, it will break-down within 90 days. At home, it may take up to 120 days.
At Fine Sands we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase.
We offer exchanges if you have purchased the wrong size. Please email email@example.com with the reasoning behind the return and we will walk you through the returns process depending on your situation.
Please note all discounted items are not eligible for an exchange.
Terms and conditions for returns:
- Contact us regarding the return within 14 days of being delivered, or purchase in store.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- It is the buyers responsibility to cover shipping costs for all returns.
As per Australian consumer law, we are not required to offer refunds for change of mind. We will however replace or refund someone if they are presented a faulty item. To read more on this ACCC policy: https://www.accc.gov.au/
